The Original Gayboys Market was held on Mayday every year at a time when farmers came to town to celebrate the begining of a time of prosperity and plenty. They came to buy trinkets and luxury items, as well as items like bicycles etc.

At the same time came farm workers and labourers (The Gayboys) to look for work in the agricultural community for the season.

To book a stall complete the form below for details - pitches first come first served on the day. NOTE - no parking in market place after 10AM - plenty of parking locally. Complete form for details.
